Quand y’a pas de solution
ya pas de problème
viens me dire ça en face,
raclure
assis dans la rosée
un matin ça mouille
l’autre ça passe à côté
viens dire ça à mes fibres
en jean
un chat errant te hameçonne
“toi, l’humain, je te tiens”
il se frotte, t’adopte
te glisse entre les jambes
colosse de Rhodes du rodeur
“je suis plus paumé que tu crois
arrête tes regards d’humain,
en chien de faïence
toi, l’avaleur de kilomètres à pieds
arrête ton TGV”
quand y’a pas de solution,
y’a pas de problème
viens me dire ça en face,
raclure
assis dans la rosée
un matin ça mouille
l’autre ça passe à côté
viens dire ça à mes fibres
en jean
embrasse-le embrasse-le embrasse-le encore
embrasse-le embrasse-le embrasse-le 48 fois
embrasse-le comme la tombe d’Oscar Wilde
quand y’a pas de solution,
y’a pas de problème
viens me dire ça en face,
raclure

When a French folk singer and music player, meets a German DJ, the result can be a total disaster or a grate album. Here we fall in the second case: this album (written during the strikes that happened in France in 2019, from where the title is taking inspiration), is a perfect mix of folk/classical instruments played on an electronic base providing an unexpected and great result. In my opinion one of the best and more original album produced in 2021. losfastidios
Recorded at home, Six Organs of Admittance's 21st album upholds Ben Chasny's reputation for experimental psych-folk excellence. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 25, 2024

Leaning into the sparse, impressionistic sound of 2023's albu "Nature Morte," the Montreal metallurgists sound as heavy and radiant as ever. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 21, 2024
